Very nice indeed! The new colors turned out better that I had initially thought.

Thanks for the pics!

It's definitely better than the old Airbus colors, but I think they should have used some more colors. The Dreamliner c/s looks better IMO.

I don't see any pictures either... do you use a non-IE broswer like I do?

No, I just meant that they are computer generated and not real painted aircraft. I see the linked pictures just fine.

Does this mean that JAS will rebrand themselves with the new Airbus house colors instead of the old colors?

Remember that the new c/s was unveiled at the A380 rollout. At this event, the A380 itself was in the center and the new c/s only had the task to decorate it.

Remember furthermore that the most spectacular thing with the A380 is the enormous fuselage, and the Dreamliner c/s optically dissolves the fuselage shape with the waved line. Finally, the plane had to look serious and trustworthy.

I do agree the new c/s is a little bit boring and needs more colors, although I like it. The point is only, at this moment they need a conservative c/s and not a crazy one.

Heya,

Great looking planes Big thumbs up!

Hi, do airbus still manufacture the 310 and 300 in pax versions?

The lines are not closed, though there are no passenger orders. There are new UPS A300's delivered roughly monthly. If an airline wanted to order they still could,

I'm not sure if Airbus is changing their logo, but shouldn't they make it a little more visible if they aren't?
