Any move toward PTV across the cabin is certainly a good one. Not that it would make much of a difference, but nowadays it starts to make a bad difference when it's not there.
As far a going crossing the Atlantic is concerned, I wouldn't think of it in the near or even medium term. The codeshare with AA
works well according to what I hear and read. Transatlantic is very competitive on price in economy and service in other classes.
The only way I see SN
metal flying across the pond would be if they have the spare metal for a reason or another, can't fly it to Africa, and decide together with AA
to use it there for a while as a substitute for one of AA
's 763s. Mind the capacity gap. Thus highly unlikely.
Unless of course they start some kind of limited and/or seasonal service to Canada or Florida for some reason. Also unlikely though.
