Reservation Question (US)

Thu Feb 03, 2005 9:49 pm

Hi all,

need some advise, pls.
We're a group of 4, booked on US this sunday (Germany to Canada). Now it turns out that 2 of us can not even start the journey because they were stupid enough to not apply for a canadian visa in time.....

Is that causing any trouble for the other 2? Are they accepting only the two of us on the flights?

Already talked to US in Germany and the UK but they seem to have no idea...

Any comments appreciated!

It should be no problem - the 2 that don't fly will simply be flagged as a NOSHO. It's not a big deal. It would be best if you inform the airline before hand, so they can cancel the space held for the 2 of you who are not travelling, this will ensure that there is no downline cancellation of onward flight segments (not that this would happen if at least some of the party booked actually travel). But you should tell the airline.
