BA Seating Plans?

Mon Feb 07, 2005 2:04 am

Okay if this has been battered about,, sorry, but I just booked on BA from YVR to LHR on a (I think) is a 747, and the seats from LHR to YVR on the out bound is 32A -32B.... now after looking at the 747 seating chart on the BA website, there is no 32A, 32B? Any comments?

BA's 747s are configured either with 38 club world seats or 70 club world seats. This effects the row numbering. It would seem that you are on a 38 seat configured aircraft and that puts 32A and 32B in the forward part of the World Traveler cabin - just over the wing (see www.seatguru.com).

http://www.seatguru.com is by far the best option for looking at anything like this... Shows 32A/B on the 38-seat layout there.

Should an equipment change occur your new seats would be assigned at check-in.
