First off, congratulations on getting an interview slot. I just finished my own Interview recently with ExpressJet, aka Continental Express, and although I didn't make it this time, I did receive a ton of great advice and pointers that ultimately helped me on what to expect. Here a link to the thread I had a few weeks ago:
There are some good links and possible questions in there mostly. A lot of the info I gained on there can be applied to just about everyone wanting to enter aviation. Be prepared for all the odd questions too, such as what I had:
You're preparing the cabin for flight and the pilots ask to have some coffee, so you put some on cause you're interested in having some as well. So you put the coffee on and you also have customers coming down the jetway and taking their seats. so what do you do first? Help the customers put away their luggage, prepare the cabin for flight, or get the pilots their coffee?
Just remember, Crew safety F I R S T
That was the only weird question that I had and apparently, its a common one for this year, since a few others that made it to the second interview with me had a variation of it too. Another thing is to be pertinent in showing up and in answering, and ALWAYS smile and courteous. I didn't make it on any fault of my own, but I did learn a lot from the whole experience and will be much better prepared for the next time I too have an interview. Best of luck and as always, let us know how things turn out, for better or worse!
