Strange Schedule Changes In AC To SCL/EZE

Wed Feb 09, 2005 4:57 am

AC shows changes in schedules to SCL/EZE as follows:

1) Till March 04th, schedules keep the same: AC93 EZE-SCL-YYZ (3 per week) and AC95 SCL-EZE-YYZ (3 per week)

2) From March 05th till April 02nd: AC93 EZE-SCL-YYZ is the only flight operating (6 weekly flights)

3) From April 03rd till October 28th: AC93 (2 weekly) and AC95 (two weekly). It seems to be a seasonal reduction.

4) From October 30th onwards: AC93 (3 weekly) and AC95 (3 weekly)

Has anybody any onfo about this modifcations?

Hello Argentina

Although I have no insiders in AC to properly answer you, I see 2 possible explanations:

1. As you posted, from apr to oct must be seasonal reduction
2. Maybe, the 6x non stop for Santiago during march has somethig to do for a better SCL-EZE-SCL seller than EZE-SCL-EZE; more chileans go to Argentina than the opposite (specially for semana santa weekend, already promoted by AR)

Jus some guess...

Regards, and let us know if you have more information
