787 Interior

Below is a link to a Boeing virtual tour if you go through the tour you will see the 787 interior. The seats are quite different do you think these are going to be the actual seats used in couch. If so the seats look pretty compact I wonder how comfortable they will be.

Um, i get 'Hello World!' and that is it. As for the seats, it is all up to the airlines. Really doesnt matter what they stick in the prototypes.

Now, thats more like it; however, I feel this and the other images are still artists renderings. Notice how the coach seats look like seats one would have found in a 70's era Volvo. They were comfortable but quite utilitarian. Back then, Volvo was more a basic solid College Professor's type car.



It is going to be up to the indvividual airlines. Configuration, budget, etc. Chances are, the seats in those pictures looked that way because, Boeing wanted us to get an overall feel for the new jet's spaciousness. The big business class and first class seats on the current wide body planes of both Boeing and Airbus look comfortable but over the top and not designed for its sleek image. Hope this sheds some light for you.  Smile/happy/getting dizzy

That's neat how Boeing made that little 787 mock-up/museum. Very nice and I can't wait to fly on one!!!
Twinjets...if one fails, work the other one twice as hard!!!
