"Trekster" I found a news story on the BBC web site however you may not get the link below to work properly for some reason: -

http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/england/south_yorkshire/4271447.stm

The page reads: -
------------------------------------------------------------------------
Plane suffered "technical fault"

A light aircraft suffered a "technical problem" on the runway at the new Robin Hood Airport near Doncaster when its brakes seized on Wednesday.
Initial reports said a light aircraft had a problem with its landing gear, but later it emerged a wheel brake on the Cessna 172 had seized.

The aircraft was travelling on the ground when the mechanism locked and the three people on board were unhurt.

The incident is not reportable to the Air Accident Investigation Branch.
--------------------------------------------------------------------

This might be what you are referring to.
