Macy Center Georgia

Fri Feb 18, 2005 10:29 am

I listen to the live stream of Macy Center almost daily, I hear Center calling a certain aircraft name all the time and I can't for the life of me figure out the carrier.

Any guesses on this ? Please feel free to post. Center calls this airline something like " Chandler / Kander / Canadair ?

I know it is not Air Canada, could it possibly be some commuter offshoot for DAL ?

Thanks for any info.

...used in honor of Asa Candler, the founder (??) of Coca-Cola, another one of Atlanta's hometown companies.

It should be obvious, but just in case it isn't, the call sign comes from Asa Candler, as Trapped points out, and Atlantic Southeast Airlines is abbreviated ASA, hence the hat tip to Asa Candler by using the call sign "Candler".

Best,

Bill
