Help With CO/Skyteam Reservations

I booked an itinerary with CO for reward travel to Europe. It came up to me $0 miles but the taxes were right. The system forgot to charge the miles to me. I found out later that "Your Purchas is Confirmed". I am also notified, "You will be promptly notified once the internal processing of your reservation has been finalized so that you can request additional receipts, export to Outlook, refund or change your flight, view/change seats, check-in, or e-mail or print your itinerary."
I am booked on X fares(economy reward) with AF to ATH via CDG.
I am slo booked to return via AMS; I have a B fare to ATH-AMS and a YN fare on CO from AMS-EWR.
I think the problem was that the ATH-AMS is in B, a revenue fare class, not a reward class. I called AF, CO, and KL. They have all told me that I have seats and that I am confirmed for those flights.
I want to know if I will have any problems when I get to the airport?
PS I had another thread but things changed slightly, I know have a return but still no miles charged.

You most likely just have a reservation and not a ticket. If it's an e-ticket you should have recieved a ticket number back. If it's a printed ticket it will most likely not be sent out. I don't think they will let you slide on this because it is hard for the ticketing airline to bend rules for other carriers.
