Air Canada YVR-TPE

Fri Mar 04, 2005 5:52 am

I read in the CTA site, Air Canada has applied for service to operate YVR-TPE. I am not sure if the is a code share with EVA or there own metal. Anybody know about this?

I believe they already have a codeshare agreement with Eva.

Sounds like AC is simply extending the bilateral agreement to 2006 which was set to expire in the Spring of 2005. Whether or not they re-enter the market with their own metal remains to be seen.

Don't know if all bilaterals have a set expiration date, but it's probably a question of "use it or lose it".
