N415UP Gone Tech?

Sat Mar 05, 2005 10:50 am

MHR's traffic is pretty static and predictable, so things out of the norm stand out. We normally get 6 757's in, and of course, 6 go out. Well.... a couple of days ago, 415UP came in, and he's still there. Today they towed him out of the normal unloading area, and we got a 727 in from RFD this morning instead of our normal 757. Anyone in the know that can tell me what's up with 415? I'm assuming he's gone tech, but there's very little action going on. Just curious since the 75's are my favorite UPS place and I'm not used to seeing one hang around here.

Near as I can tell 415 is in service. It was OOS for a landing gear message earlier this week.

I'll have to drive back by there this afternoon. Maybe the Gear message took him out and now he's ready to go and just waiting to be worked back into the schedule? That might explain the 72 yesterday to avoid too much capacity on the way out.

Thanks for the info.
