The first time I saw the Delta "Good Goes Around" commercial was last night while on approach into Orlando onboard jetBlue 79 from JFK
(how is that for irony).
I was actually very impressed with it, and that is becuase I think I had fairly low expectations. I didn't quite understand what "good goes around" meant until I saw it. I think it follows a "pay it forward" idea, in which one good deed will lead to another good deed, etc.
Basically, Delta's new fares will lead to world peace.
Ok, so I over-analyzed it there, but it is that idea of good deeds leading to more good deeds and ultimately good feelings I think they are trying to convey. At least, that is what I got.
I have yet to see the AirTran or Frontier commercials, but the Delta commercial did somewhat remind me of AA
's recent commercials.
