HAHAHAH thanks for the information I appreciate it.
Icaro, actually I was supposed to fly back to Madrid from Buenos Aires on the 26th of february (22:30) if im not mistaking. But the airplane was over booked and they offered me 150 euros, 4 star hotel and free transportation if I would stay one more day. This was actually better for me since Im an 18 year old and I got to enjoy one more night of Buenos Aires together with my friends. So I flew on sunday instead (14:10) and arrived in Madrid at 6:10 monday morning (feb 28).
Are you a pilot yourself? That is quite cool. I actually became good friends with one of your collegues (Javier Vengoa). He flew me to Buenos Aires on the 11th of february and let me be in the cockpit part of the way.
Well to be honest, Iberia is a very good airline and with great pilots. Both of the landings with the -600 were greezers and the flights were smooth the whole way. But I have to admit that I hade my doubts with the flight attendants. On the way back, they were wuite disorganized and very rude. They started to serve breakfast about one hour before landing, so they had to hurry everything up in the end. They also seemed quite stressed which turned them quite rude to the passengers. I remember I had to go to the bathroom and all the bathrooms were occupied so I had to wait next to the galley and then one of the flight attendants told me: quote: "Señor, no se quede aqui, porque esta parado?!" I didn't like his tone at all and that made me ask for the complaine sheet.
Although I didn't have a very good experience flying back to Madrid, I enjoyed Iberia very much (specially flying to Buenos Aires) and you can be sure that I'll fly Iberia a lot in the future.
Anyways, thx for the information about the 747's and I hope to fly with Icaro some time in the future.
