AN-2s and all those russsian types are still airworthy, although they're about 65 years old.

My wife is an FA on SAA Historic Flight, they own 2 DC-4s that are used for charter flights, one of them is the last DC-4 ever built.
After Monday and Tuesday even the calendar says WTF...

Do you mean airworthy or commercially viable?

The L-1011 is still airworthy. Great bird too. Love em. I have also seen a Constellation or two running around still. thumbsup

There is a Caravelle III based in Arlanda that's still airworthy:

DC-6's and C-46's are still going strong as cargo carriers up here in Alaska. Also an ATL-98 Carvair still makes the occasional cargo flight out of FAI.

The DeHavilland Dragon Rapide. Several examples are still on the register and flying, some even taking fare-paying passengers on sightseeing trips. So that would qualify as an airliner still working for a living.

First examples flew in 1932

There was an airworthy DC-3 at my hometown GA airport (OXC) for many years, flown by the owner of one of the flight schools. My Dad had been in it many times but I never got the chance to. That plane was in the colors (but not the titles) of Capital Airlines.

I think this plane was sold in the 90s and I am not sure where she ended up. Hopefully she is still in flying condition somewhere. Sadly, the owner of the flight school, a retired Capital/United pilot, was killed in a small plane crash in upstate New York last summer. The cause of the crash may never be determined but one of the theories is sabotage/suicide by the passenger. Very tragic.

A CW-20 / C-46 was at the Salinas airshow two years ago, with rides available. Ditto for a C-47.

Isn't a Ford Trimotor still in use giving sightseeing rides over the Grand Canyon?

Two really nice aircraft came into my mind:Aviodrome's DC-2 PH-AJU and the Red Bull DC-6.
