I would like to know how is the aviation activity in Sarasota, Fl. I know Honeywell has a presence there, any other big aeronautic firms there? Is the Sarasota a¡rport a good place for spotting?

A pretty spotter-friendly airport.

A busy airport: not really. Average 27-34 flights a day. Saturday is busiest. But lots of biz jets. 2 FBOs. 2 runways.
