Airbus Advises A310 And A300 Inspection

Wed Mar 16, 2005 9:47 am

After TransAt's incident last week, where the rudder fell off. I like the end of the article where they explain how rudders and ailerons work.  Smile
From CBC:

I did a search and didn't see it, so if it has been posted already I'm sorry.

Give me a mile of road and I can take you a mile. Give me a mile of runway and I can show you the world.

After an incident like this one, it is normal for the airplane manufacture to call for an inspection of the effected parts. If they don't, the FAA, CAA, or JAA will make some type of inspection mandatory.
