BA0247 LHR-GIG/GRU/EZE....

This flight number seems to do various routes with a hop here and there, is it likely that BA will add more aircraft to reduce the number of hops.

I was looking at the winter schedule around December/January. The daily flight is LHR-GRU with an onward hop from GRU to EZE or GIG. I suppose the crucial point is whether or not GIG can support its own direct flight or not possibly with a B777.
