Swiss Travelclub Problem, Please Help!

Mon Mar 21, 2005 9:30 pm

Hi There,
few weeks ago, I have applied for Swiss Travel Club membership. They did not send me a card yet by mail, I just wrote down my number on a piece of paper.

I have lost this paper and now I cannot log in to my account. Also, i will be flying soon and I would like to use my number to put on reservation.

On Swiss' website, i can only recover PIN but it does not mention anything about if I forgot my number?

What Can I Do?

Thanks
Ales
