Question About TAM!

Wed Mar 30, 2005 7:19 am

Hi folks

Last May and june I had the privilege to fly TAM which is on my opinion of of the best airlines in the world and its a shame they don't try out more routes as I its a first choice airline with great service.

However one thing really disappointed me...Brazil being a coffee nation I would have thought TAM would have amazing coffee. However one the CDG-GRU and GRU-CDG I only got served a tiny little cup of coffee which above all was very concentrated and bitter.

Why is the reason to serve that type of coffee and not normal coffee like other airlines. Is it to prevent you from drinking too much coffee so that you can get as good night sleep ?

I see no other explanation

That's the way coffee is served in Brazil. You got the real thing. If it was too bitter you were supposed to load it with sugar. Also, Brazil does not have a tradition of creating premium coffee varieties, such as Kona or Blue Jamaican.

Oh ok thanks alot! I took TAM heading to Argentina, so I didn't have time to stop in Brazil to se how coffee was served...that's really interesting ...obrigado !
