There are no confirmed schedules as of yet, but the flight will operate three times per week with an A330.

THIS IS NOT AN APRIL FOOL!

Yeah this is in response to Saudi Arabia not allowing Branson and his Virgin to fly there

With all this talk of BD getting acquired by VH, I really hope BD stays independent at least long enough for me to experience a long-haul flight with BD. I have heard BD is pretty nice.

It's good to see them adding more long-haul routes. Hope they will add more North American cities, although with UA's presence in Star Alliance this seems unlikely.

I wonder why the difference in the time of the eastbound and westbound legs in the two flights described above. Almost 3 hours seems a lot to me... are strong winds the reason for this or is there another reason?

Is bmi going to get any more A330s to cope with all these new destinations, since they only have 3 at the moment?

I don't know if the downgrade of IAD to a 752 will help.

Don't quote me on this one, but I think that MAN-ORD is doing very, very good. As for IAD, a separate thread refers to the downgrade of the route to a 752. No clue about LAS.
