Midwest Express MD-81 At BFI Last Month, Why?

Sat Apr 02, 2005 11:10 pm

I came across this photo of a Midwest Express MD-81 @ BFI here in Seattle just last month (March 2005) and I'm just curious as to why it was here? I'm thinking maybe a charter for a basketball team? Any help would be great! Thanks!

Yes, it was a charter flight for basketball teams. YX flew couple of times to BFI within a year.

Quoting Northwest 777 (Thread starter):

YX is the air carrier of the Milwaukee Bucks. They charter for other basketball, baseball, and hockey teams (when NHL is playing). Thats the nice 74 seat charter only airplane which features club seating, plasma tvs and other items you'd find in a private jet.
