KL591 16 APR AMS JNB Z-Class Availability

Mon Apr 04, 2005 9:23 pm

I am hoping someone can advise how bad this flight is looking. I want to use FD miles to upgrade if possible.

Also can someone perhaps advise if its not possible on this flight if KL would agree to send me on the later flight that day Via NBO?

Thanks in advance for your help.

Kind regards,

Not looking that great for that flight, but you have to take off some of the full fare no shows, and last minute changes.

Cabin class: J0 C0 D0 S9 B9 M9 W9 K9 H9 L9 Q9 T9 V9

If they re-route you, don't know if they will upgrade on both legs AMS-NBO-JNB, but KL516 has this availability. Its only about 40 minutes later.

AMSNBO Cabin class: J9 C9 Z6 D0 S9 B9 M9 W0 K9 H9 L9 Q9 T4
The NBOJBN flight is not a simple one. SAA or EK. No chance of upgrade.

The flight I think you mean is KL4341 at 2040, but this is a codeshare operated by Keyna Airways.

Cabin class: J5 C5 Z2 S9 B9 M9 K9 H9 L9 Q9 T9 V9

I would stick with the original flight, and hope for the seat. Or request ofne of the seats at the front of the of economy, as they have slightly bigger pitch.

Good luck

Thanks Wunula,

I don't mind flying with KQ actually. They are really good. But I am unsure if KL would allow me to change to the later flight! I hope so!

Does anyone else have any ideas? I hope that being KL Plat Elite will help me!

I don't really understand your question. Do you want to use your FD miles for an upgrade? Just apply, they'll let you know if there is availability or not. Even lastminute upgrades on points can be done in the lounge, if no instant availability you'll be put on C-request while having your economyseat.
Or... do you happen to have a M-class res. and are looking for a free upgrade? Then being PE sure helps. KL591 is usually heavily overbooked. But you never know until the very last moment and have to be very nice to Gate Agent  Wink

Hi all,

Even I know there is no chance for a Freebie for 2! I want to use miles, but this flight is looking bad.

From what I understand even M is looking bad now. Can someone give me an update?

I would appreciate it.

Kind regards,
