Lufthansa Selling CRJ-200LR's

Tue Apr 05, 2005 3:14 pm

Noticed an advertisement in the current Flight International magazine that LH is selling 5 CRJ-200's. Are these being sold to reduce capacity or was it planned when the CRJ-700's joined the fleet? How many CRJ-200's do they currently have? I thought they also had some of the lower range -100's that I would have thought would be first to go than the longer range -200's. Any ideas...
