Website For Plane Tracking?

anyone know of a website that tracks commercial planes by REG#, like all the stops it has been to, how old it is, what airports she has been to? is there anything like this out there? i wanna find out where this one southwest plane has been

I'd personally say this very website is a good place to start - the photo search engine will at least show where the aircraft has been photographed over the years!
