Sun Country often leases TR 738s for their busy summer charter season.

Have seen them at MCO as well.
May the A380 arrive @ MCO in the near future.

Just an update: All Transavia airplanes leased for the winter charter season have now been returned to Transavia. This winter SY had five aircraft:

Ok Everyone as a SY Insider I can say not all The Transavia planes have gone back.
We still have ZX, until end of May, as SY will be doing some flying for Transavia. As far as I know A/C 807SY "Spirit of Braniff" and 60 employee's will be heading to AMS until end of May, Then at that time ZX will return to AMS.

Rumor has it we will lease 6 Transavia aircraft for the winter 2005-06, this will give SY 13 planes for the winter season. We are also talking about putting 12 F/C seats in those planes until they go back at season's end.

You can't keep flying all coach planes when you keep telling people you have First Class.

Any more questions and I will be happy to answer the best I can.

Ahhhh, PH-HZX. Thanks for the info Sunking737.

Sounds like Sun Country is doing pretty good. How are the loads to SY's business destinations doing? If things go well can we expect more permanent aircraft added to the SY fleet?
