Thu Apr 21, 2005 7:32 am

Hey Everyone, i was just wondering if any of you were going to the EAA AirVenture, maybe we could organize some kind of meet. I should be there, what are your plans? I know i'll be there one or two days, possibly working at the event. For all of you, here is the information. http://www.airventure.org/, and for the EAA's website: www.eaa.org . If you are flying in, let me know, i'm looking for a sight seeing trip around Oshkosh.  Wink

I went 2000-2003 hoping to see the Concorde at least once...that was really my drive, most of the stuff is the same and I'm not in the market for a plane right now.

Just as an update for everyone, there are going to be quite a few interesting visitors at AirVenture this year, here are a few:

1. SpaceShipOne and White Knight
2. Virgin Atlantic GlobalFlyer
3. U.S. Marine Corps Harrier Returns
4. Pitcairn PCA-2 Autogiro Miss Champion
5. CAF'S B-29 and LB-30

Just to name a few, there will be alot more as the event gets closer.

I go every year. Have been doing so since 1999. Always a great time. Will definitely be there this year. Just don't know when. Too early.

Cheers

I'm looking forward to seeing the new Eclipse jet, which will surely be there.

That's right! I forgot about the Eclipse. Anyone think those Globemasters will be back again this year?
