Who Manufactures Composites?

Sat Apr 23, 2005 7:42 am

I am wondering who manufactures such equippment as autoclaves, fibre tape, resins, etc. I tried searches on Google and I could only find minor distributors.

For example, who will Boeing (and contractors) buy their production equippment for the 787 from? I know Siemens makes laves that carve aluminum parts from solid blocks, so who are the experts in composite manufacturing equipmment?

Go to Interturbine Logistics

Resins are manufactured by most of the big chemical companies, like Ciba, 3M, Bayer, Dupont.
