What is LTS? The LTS I know was a short-lived subsidiary of LTU in 1984/85, which later became LTU Sued, which itself has been integrated into LTU for at least 5 years.

what about LTE? I see they still exist too, dont they?

The Qantas planes arrive on monday mornings and leave the following Saturday. So far, only one more aircraft is due to come.

LTE (now known as "Volar" and supposedly to become LTE again soon) has the 3-letter code LTE.

LTU has its own maintenance facilities in DUS and several foreign airlines subcontract their technical checks in, so why going to ZRH ?
Next flight TUN-YUL Tunisair A330-243.

Maybe they have too many subcontracted customers hence insufficient capacity? Just a guess...

Really - where did this info come from? I know most of the handling agents in the UK still refer to them as 'LTE'.
