Briannia Theme Tune...

Sun May 01, 2005 12:20 am

Does anyone have the Britannia (Thomsonfly) theme tune that is played right after the safety video?

Thanks in advance,

Rob!

Hey Rob, it would help if we knew which aircraft and route you flew?  sly (sorry I couldn't help it).

" its our mission...to make people smile...yes we believe in a future"...awful. Incidently, its now been removed from the safety video. Crew usually switched the video off at this point anyway. The new boarding video for the summer is prety cool though; has the Thomsonfly music from the TV adverts along with Kylie and J LO, not to popular on the ALC though...

While we're on a musical note, does anybody know what the music was on the A380 first flight live feed? I've emailed Airbus to find out, but to no avail.  Sad

Any feedback would be appreciated.

Rgds.

Hi,

If its the music of the Thomson Adverts which is on the new Safety Video, thats fantastic, as I like it!

but which advert is this music taken from? Do you mean the background music from the adverts where:

  • There are facts like "you spend 2 weeks for one afternoon in the sun"?

    or

  • There are animations on a blue background?

The Music that features on both adverts is class may I say! I prefer the music on the fact adverts which were on the TV last year/this year/both.

    Cheers, Ryan

Ryan, I can't remember seeing any Thomson adverts on TV!

I know its not the ThomsonFly advert for "Low fares at Coventry"!

The tune is played right after the safety videos on board the 767-300's!

It could be the music off of the "fact" Thomson adverts I mentioned above. They were on quite often, and I am trying to remember the Phrase on the Adverts. It was something like "because holidays are important"

By The Way- The Music of the Thomsonfly.com Adverts, was made specially for the Thomsonfly Advert by Amber Music, written by English Composers Colin Smith and Simon Elms. You can listen to it on the Thomsonfly Website I think!

    Cheers, Ryan

P.S, I'll try and find out about the music on that advert I am going on about!
