SAS From Oslo To Exeter

Mon May 02, 2005 9:55 pm

My father told me a day or two ago that SAS flew into Exeter from Oslo. Does anyone know why? Was it a charter flight (why?) or for maintenance or something else? What aircraft type?

I believe that the SAS Dash8-400s are maintained by Flybe at their maintenance base at Exeter

A lot of Norwegians support Exeter City FC. I suppose this was a supporters charter. Should be an A340-300  Wink

Nah, seriously sounds like an SAS Commuter DHC8-400 in for maintenance  Wink

What were you thinking? Maintenance or Norwegian Exeter City fans?  Silly
