Kenya B777 Emergency Landing

Last Night aound 0230 hrs Kenya Airways B777 had an Emergency Landing at Mumbai.Suspected Hydraulic failure as the Emergency Vehicles started lining up 10-15 mins before accompanied by A Tow Tractor.
After an Uneventfull landing the Aircraft was accompanied to the International terminal by the Emergency Vehicles [Fire Trucks/Ambulences/Commando units/AAI Jeeps],noticed the MLG doors were extended.

MLG doors = Main Landing Gear Doors.

I wonder if this was the flight that had just left Hong Kong?

BTW, the MLG doors would be open if they used the alternative gear extention procedure which allows the gear to fall down and lock if there are no hydraulics.

There is a VERY good chance as like you said 5Y-KQT (New colours) was in Hong Kong yesterday evening.

The aircraft was only delivered on the 24th.

I guess your not kidding. MLG= main landing gear, as opposed to NLG = nose lg.
