anyway, any info would be great.

THx guys, looking forward for that trip.

No need for immigration/custom clearance. 2-3 hours are more then enough for the transfer. Make sure to go to restaurant area in terminal 1 on the second floor. It gives you a great view of the airport.

RG and LH share the same terminal (Terminal 1) so you won´t have to change to Terminal 2. You will not need to clear immigration/customs as long as you don´t leave the secure area.
Have a great trip!

As SU already stated, no immigration and no customs - and I'll just add this: no terminal change either. RG (your inbound flight to FRA) arrives at Terminal 1B, and both LH flights to Hong Kong and Brazil leave (and arrive) at 1B as well.
Smile - it confuses people!

Great, really looking forward to the trip and also checking FRA and HKG airports.
I´ll do a Trip Report when I get back.

I´m flying on LH biz class, which I think will be great, specially for a 29hr flight, and when I get in HKG I´ll be working on monday, so not much time to rest and recover from JetLeg.

another question now, since I won´t change terminals, neither go to customs, what can I do for 3hrs in FRA??any good breweries?? or should I rent a Porsche, go to Berlin, check the city, and get back in time to fly to HKG  bigthumbsup

Quoting Erikwilliam (Reply 4):

You might want to check out the observation deck (T1) which is great for aircraft spotting, however you would have go through immigration in this case.
Another option is visiting the LH business lounge which is quite a decent place as long as it isn´t too crowded.
As Su already mentioned, the restaurants on the first floor in the secure area offer good views of the apron and the B gates. Unfortunately there´s no typical german brew house within the airport, however fresh german Pils on tap is available everywhere as well as bavarian Hefeweizen. Big grin
