Hear is some excerpts from an interview with UPS's CEO Jim Kelly.
Atlanta, April 13 (Bloomberg) -- The following are comments from United Parcel Service Inc. Chief Executive James Kelly on the company's growth plans, his desire for more trade with China, electronic commerce and plans to purchase more jets. Kelly was speaking at a reception sponsored by the Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta.
On whether additional jets will be ordered from Boeing Co. or Airbus Industries:
``We are in discussions for additional aircraft and we are in discussions with both of them.'
Now here comes my question. What aircraft does Airbus have that comes in freighter configuration that can reach China from Chicago or Ontario, Ca that could be delivered in lets say a time frame of two years?
I'm going to assume the order will be for 747-400f to reach China and offer the capacity that is going to be needed for these routes.
