Airline Review Websites

Thu May 19, 2005 12:19 am

Have just stumbled across this website where people write their own reviews (short) of flights they've been on categorised by airlines:-

http://www.carsurvey.org/air

(I was suprised how happy a lot of people are with Ryanair but we won't get started on that discussion!!!!!)  Wink

Does anybody know of any other similar websites?

Thanks.

http://www.businesstraveller.com I think has some of the best flight reviews I've seen. Click on Consumer Checks then on flight.

The quote below from this Lufthansa report is simply hilarious:

The fly attendant could not tell what the served meat really was. She said that is "meat from the forest". Somebody asked "Is that bear..?"

"Meat from the forest"? WTF?

That is another evidence that LH flight attendants are not only unfriendly but also freaking incompetent!

Having read a few reviews, people do tend to go into the most boring and irrelevant detail about their flights - "I bought a coke and a ham and cheese baguette 27 minutes into the flight and it was £5.30, it would have only cost £2.80 in Tesco - maybe cheaper in Sainsburys...................."

My girlfriend (who is F/A) tells me often enough that passengers complain about the pices for onboard catering. Some people still don't realize that a plane is not their local supermarket.
