DL MD-88..Loud Bang...loss Of Pressurization

I was just curious if anyone knows what happened with this aircaft, what the cause was. Any of you DL techies know?

I know, I know, just another incident but I'm always curious about these things. See report below.

It sounds like an outflow valve stuck open.
