Maybe I should ask of those carriers that purchased an A380 version, are there any plans to reduce fleet size to accomidate the plane when they get delivered?
Space can be freed up by removing a few large planes. Unless there is a sudden surge in travelers as this plane enters service. I doubt the latter because most people (being none of you) normally do not care for the type of plane that are on, they just wanna get somewhere and not have to sit in traffic or in a crowded train all day.
So I figure that unless a carrier is small, they have to make way for this plane. I'm not talking about physical size, I mean initial pax flows. Has any carrier announced plans for replacement or retirement, any knowledge you folks have is appreciated.
