What are the seatings like? How many seats are there onboard? Are they all the same? I mean for their 3 daily flights

They operate a mix of Hi & Lo J 744s on this route:

Hi J

14 First / 70 Club World / 30 World Traveller Plus /177 World Traveller

Lo J

14 First / 38 Club World / 36 World Traveller Plus /263 World Traveller

I think that there is normally one of each when it is twice daily and one Hi J and 2 Lo J when it is three per day.

It's due to the amount of space that the J seats take up compared with Y - the map on seatguru.com shows this pretty well...

I love the hi J config. It is amusing how little Econ there is - it seems like an afterthought, with everyone crammed in at the back...
cabin crew: doors to automatic and cross-check...
