AIr Luxor In SYD

Fri May 27, 2005 7:35 pm

I have just been to SYD to drop my partner off for a flight to London (QF J Class - I have asked for a trip report so I can post it), and I saw an Air Luxor A330 at the airport. Anyone know why? Charter/tour?

Thanks

Aren't they charter flights for the army and soldiers to the middle east?

Maybe, but isnt Air Luxor based in Portugal? A long way away.

Surely the RAAF or QF (Johnnies VIP fleet) would be doing this.

I've been wondering about that myself. I've seen an Air Luxor A332 there on several occasions over the past few weeks... and again this morning on my way to CNS. It sure is a nice looking 330!
