redeye, and to a lesser extent this DEN
(since ERJ deliveries are ongoing), is part of an initiative to increase utilization with existing assets and personnel.
There has also been the persistent rumor of bringing back the IAH
redeye we had in place during the 1990s. The XR has plenty long legs for the route, though, so you might see this sometime in the near future to feed the strong O/D traffic in the market.
