US Has 'strong Case' Against EU Over Airbus

Taken from FT, it seems that the US congress intend to get involve with the WTC case against Airbus, as stated by the Financial Times. See link below, my take on this is that it will be settled outside of the WTC, after the Paris airshow.

Both sides are likely to encounter a lot of embarrasment, an out of court settlement would be the best thing, next to eliminating subsidies on both sides.
