Looks to me like a 21st century "Airport" advancement.

Looking forward to seeing it.

Mmmmmmh.

Looks like a E387 (mix of A380 and B747).

At the very beginning, in the terminal: you have more the B747's big chin than the A380's fronthead + cockpit windows at the top.

The 2 stores are in favour of the A380.

The cockpit is at cabin level (when she knocks on the door, you can see the cabin behind).

Finally, you have a 11-abreast seating which neither the B747 nor the A380 feature -normally, maybe EK will manage it though- Big grin.

Cheers!

It might not be exactly the A380, but most people cant see the difference anyway, and I am sure it was the filmproducers idea to create a cabin that looks like something from an A380 since it just had its first flight

Looks interesting, kind of like that movie The Forgotten though (I think that is what is was called) but on an airplane.

And reveals yet another problem of a VLA, children getting lost in the plane. This is why the A380 will never be a success. (NOTE: DO NOT BE ALARMED - THIS IS SARCASM!!!!)  sarcastic

True that most people won't see any difference, but they won't fool us, A.netters Big grin.

And sure the producer wanted to benefit from the A380 effect. It's a free advertising for the movie.

Let me just say that the trailer definetly made me decide not to spend any cash on seeing the film.

I didn't hear about that film. It is coming out in Sept. too. I don't think I will go see it, it doesn't look that good. I'll just get it on DVD.

That sure makes the A380 look huge inside, I wonder what they could do with an ERJ-145...?

I was at the movies yesterday and saw a trailer for "Flightplan" and "Red-Eye."

Two plane-oriented previews in one show (back to back, as a matter of fact). Made the rest of the movie more enjoyable.

Looks like Airbus paid Touchstone to advertise the A380, I think a former thread of this movie revealed that the child was found in the toilets......oops did I ruin the film for anyone  Yeah sure

How did that heart the girl drew on the window stay there? At FL370, wouldn't that already be gone? Seems like some puny evidence if you ask me....

Quoting Skywatch (Reply 23):

I think thats where the mystery lies. I can pictures the mother noticing that after seeing it long after take off. Note also that the mother (Jodie Foster) helped build the plane. I'm guessing she uses the plane to fill the void in her own life (the void being the loss of her daughter she couldn't come to terms with).

Something all aviation enthusiasts can relate to ? Big grin
