Promising Orders, Money Secured?

Thu Jun 16, 2005 6:19 am

A lot of orders for new high value aircrafts are from (relatively) new airlines that work in a 'promising' market. Airlines like Kingfisher, Etihad, Quatar, Virgin and others are relatively new. How certain are Airbus and Boeing that these companies will eventually have the money for their new A350, A380 or 787 aircrafts?

Compared to BA anyway! But that's not the point, these are just examples, maybe wrong examples but I'm sure some of the A.netters will understand.
