The Aircraft In The Backstreet Boys Music Video

Sat Apr 22, 2000 10:32 am

What is the aircraft that is in the Backstreet Boys music video, "I Want It that Way." I think it is a 727, but not sure. This is just something I'm wondering, so don't bash it, because it's not the greatest post. If you know, answer, and if you want to make fun, do it on someone elses forum. Thanks in advance!!

B727-30 MSN 18933/185 N7271P Ex-Lufthansa D-ABIR now owned by the Imperial Palace Hotel/Las Vegas
This plane is built to withstand anything... except a bad pilot.

It is a 727 for sure.
I may just be me deluding myself, but it seems like the a/c used in the beginning of the video is without winglets and the a/c shown near the end has them installed. Has anyone else noticed this?

The "Backstreet Boys" titles that are seen on the sides near the end of the video are probably the bit that was done digitally.

PS. don't you like the way the one guy manages NOT to stand on his sunglasses (which are lying on the ground) while doing the dance routine ....?

for BSB- i think it is computerized because if you watch mtv a lot (like i do) you notice those things and i noticed the winglets and the sunglasses-plus in the photo, notice how the the Backstreet Boys titles are different, for blink182, "all the small things" i believe it is a cessna or a crj, i am not sure though
Give me a break, I created this username when I was a kid...
