26JUN 26JUN ......7 LHR BRU 0730 0935 @BD 145 732 B

Wrong forum  Wink
Lack of a/c availability I would guess.
And it's not Fly European, but European Air Charter  Wink
When you hear the noise of the Tartan Army Boys, we'll be coming down the road!

A while ago bmi was using G-CEAI due to aircraft shortage. There was one bmi cabin crew member on board attempting (unsuccessfully) to placate the business class passengers who were a little miffed at having to sit in a charter configured aircraft, even though the middle seat was left unsold. I liked it though, not every day you get an old gas guzzler like that!

It's a weekend service, and BD are making mucho money on charters.

The A321s and A320s get to see the bucket and spade crowd. They've done it for years. MAN-LHR is subbed for an Embraer 145 as well on a couple of slots which are normally very low traffic.

There isn't much point having the bigger aircraft flying almost empty when the holiday companies are begging for A321 type capacity at this time of year.
Lead me not into temptation, I can find my own way there...
