FedEx Feeder Caravan Flights

Mon Jun 27, 2005 11:26 am

Can anyone tell me what a normal daily flight schedule for the FedEx feeders Caravans is? Do they always fly the same routes and destinations every day?

Thank You,

The routes are the same, I can't say for sure it's the same aircraft. They may swap at the hubs.

On some routes (ex GRR-TVC, FSD-ABR, CWA-RST, FNT-APN (where CSA Air (a FedEx Feeder) flies)) the routes are independent of the rest of the route system, so I would assume the same planes run the same routes, and pretty frequently. They are fed by mainline flights at either a hub (ex IND) or a distribution point (ex GRR or FNT). Beyond that I can't tell you how they run.

Does anyone have route maps for either FedEx or FedEx Feeder flights? I have CSA Air's route map but I am having a hard time finding routes of other feeder companies. Any help would be appreciated.

Corporate Air handles the FedEx Caravan flights in Hawaii, and their movements can be found on http://www.flytecomm.com.

Mountain Air Cargo (based out of NC) actually has a map, although it doesn't specify from/to which city pairs. They fly Cessnas, Fokker 70 (being replace by the ATR42), and Shorts. They fly domesticate and international between some Caribbean islands.
