I thought the first one was being retrofitted at GSO, not Everett...?

One of the ex National 757s completed, Royal? Surprised that they are wearing the TNT colors...

This aircraft will be operating for DHL during the weekdays but for Icelandair Cargo during weekends. I believe I saw somewhere that this is the first B757 jet that's converted to a freighter. Also heard there are some more on the way.

Anyone have the reg#?

No , this is not the first 757 to have been converted as a freighter , since DHL got many converted BA planes.

It must have been N512NA ...

FAA shows it as 'Sale reported' to Erickson Aviation LLC.
Nothing on Icelandic registry yet.

Reg is TF-FID
She will be working for TNT during the week and running LGG-KEF and some other stops during the weekends and also have charter work I here. Rumor is that FI will be getting their next 757 freighter at the end of July and when that one comes TF-FIH will go into conversion. As far as I know N512NA was supposed to go to Bluebird Cargo but FI got it when they bought Bluebird Cargo. Precision conversions I think is doing all FI conversions...757-200PCF
