It's a Boeing 727-2J4/Adv according to airliners.net, I also found out that it is owned by Miami Air and was in Glasgow on 20 March 2004.

I just searched A.nets photo Database with the term "N211DB" in "all fields" and got many hits ...

I just put N211DB on Yahoo and most of the results were directed to Airliners.net, some were directed to other airliners websites but I couldn't cheat on a.netters

sorry, its not letting me save the exact page, but just click on Nnumber and then enter it.
It just received a temporary certificate 2 months ago to Oneida Leasing in LA.
Chances are noone here will tell you who was flying on it or the actual company flying it.

In the future this FAA registry will usually have some basic information, although at times it is outdated as the FAA updates at their leisure.

Perhaps it belonged to Enron until 2002 and then was sold to Compass?

I understand N211DB was in PIK to pick up Glasgow Rangers FC to take them to the US for a pre-season tour.
