What Is The RED Window For?

Tue Jul 12, 2005 9:20 pm

When looking at pictures of aircraft in the database, I have noticed that new aircraft and aircraft doing test flights have one or more cabin windows which has a red cover on it. Why the red covers?

Look at pictures of the A380 and you'll see several red windows.

Does anyone know why they have them?
