I think Berlin SXF must also had a really great increasement (must be more than 11%) in pax numbers due being an Easyjet hub.

STR growed during the years from a niche airport to Nr.6. More passengers than CGN. Really cool!
Is there a possibility for CO flights even from/to STR?

Anyone having data about Niederrhein airport? This one is also known as Düsseldorf Weeze Airport and seems to become a strong LCC airport as this is directly across the Dutch / German border and attracts LCC passengers from the populous Ruhr area and from The Netherlands. Ryanair is based here as well.
There's still a long way to go before all the alliances deserve a star...

Quoting Hkg82 (Reply 3):

In 2004, LH/Star accounted for 65% of Munich's traffic. Of this near 40% of the passengers were connecting while 60% were O&D.
